24x7 critical support is a worldwide service offered to resolve any critical issues that require immediate attention. In this instance, our hotline connects support callers to a support consultant who provides first line assistance or, if required, can refer the call to a Specialist for immediate attention.
Our Customer Support System (CSS) is a browser based 24x7 service, available to all Sysmex New Zealand customers through easy access via our website. Customers can create new and review previous communications, check the current status of any logged communication and send us more information if required. All updates are immediately displayed in the same database used by the Sysmex New Zealand Support Team. Click here to access the CSS.
