Sysmex is pleased to announce the establishment of an Australian branch, which will operate as Sysmex Australia.
Sysmex already has a number of long-standing customers using its laboratory software in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales, currently supported from its New Zealand office.
Sysmex New Zealand CEO James Webster says that the company is committed to expanding its health IT business further into the Australian market.
“Our business model is one where we seek to build long-term relationships with our customers so that we can respond effectively to their evolving needs and the impact of healthcare reform on their businesses. The establishment of our Australian branch is a step towards a closer presence to our existing and prospective Australian customers.”
Sysmex’s National Sales Manager, says that the company has been working with several Australian partners who develop software complementary to the Sysmex product suite. “Being able to collaborate with key partners on integrating the software provides the Australian health IT market with a new portfolio of products for clinical and pathology solutions. This is an important driver to our expansion in the Australian market.”
