Fifteen years ago, Sysmex introduced the first version of their customer support system to replace the faxing methods. This new product will deliver to our customers a new and improved look and feel, greater flexibility and better communication methods with the Auckland based Sysmex Support Team.
The Customer Support System provides secure access to a customer’s own view of issues reported for easy monitoring and enables them to view messages from the Sysmex Customer support team member.
Sysmex New Zealand’s Support Coordinator Fozia Khan manages the Customer Support System. Fozia Khan and Jan Preston, Sysmex’s Delivery Manager, presented the new Customer Support system to attendees at the recent Sysmex Conference held in Wellington in October.
